We are looking for a resource that can help us facilitate each of these meetings and keep the teams on task. We also need someone with the right background to help us improve our processes around prioritization and resource allocation. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a must, as we will be relying on this resource to help us with metrics, reporting, and dashboards. Previous experience working with SAP support teams is also critical.
Responsibilities :
Help maintain alignment across teams, improve efficiency, and ensure that our Agile practices are effectively implemented.
Facilitate Meetings : Organize and lead daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning meetings, and Kanban replenishment meetings.
Improve Processes : Continuously assess and improve processes around prioritization and resource allocation.
Metrics and Reporting : Utilize ServiceNow to track metrics, generate reports, and create dashboards to monitor team performance and workflow.
Remove Impediments : Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
Coach and Mentor : Guide team members on Agile practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Transparency : Maintain clear visibility of work progress and resource allocation through Kanban boards and regular updates.
Adaptability : Be open to adjusting plans and priorities based on new information or feedback.

Agile-based meetings to enhance collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement :
Daily Stand-Ups : A brief, daily meeting where team members share what they worked on yesterday, what they plan to work on today, and any obstacles they're facing.
Backlog Refinement & Planning Meetings : Regularly review and prioritize the backlog of tasks or work items, and plan the upcoming work, set goals, and allocate resources.
Kanban Replenishment Meetings : Review the Kanban board, discuss progress, and decide on new tasks to pull into the workflow.
Required
Agile Methodologies : Strong understanding of Agile practices, including Kanban and Scrum.
Facilitation Skills : Ability to organize and lead Agile ceremonies and meetings, such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning meetings, and Kanban replenishment meetings.
ServiceNow Proficiency : Experience with ServiceNow for tracking metrics, generating reports, and creating dashboards.
SAP Support Experience : Previous experience working with SAP support teams, especially in a functional support role.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience working across multiple departments and managing resource allocation.
Process Improvement : Ability to assess and improve processes around prioritization and resource allocation.
