About the job
We are seeking a Senior Software Integration / Manufacturing Analyst with a proven track record in the Medical Device Industry to join our team.
This role focuses on testing and validation software within manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Testing and Validation :
Develop, execute, and optimize testing and validation processes for manufacturing software systems.
Ensure compliance with medical device industry standards and regulations.
Software Integration :
Collaborate with software developers to integrate new solutions into existing manufacturing workflows.
Maintain and troubleshoot software interfaces, ensuring seamless communication across systems.
System Analysis and Optimization :
Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for software-driven improvements.
Implement changes to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and maintain quality.
On-Site Collaboration :
Work on-site in Newton, MA, with occasional travel to the manufacturing facility in Billerica, MA for project implementation and support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with IT, engineering, and production teams to gather requirements and ensure successful software deployment.
Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on new software and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Medical Device Industry Expertise :
Required experience in the Medical Device Industry, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Technical Expertise :
Ability to read and write code, ideally in Python and / or C .
Linux Proficiency :
Comfortable working with Linux systems in a manufacturing context.
Problem-Solving Skills :
Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
On-Site Flexibility :
Willingness to work primarily on-site in Newton, MA, with occasional visits to the Billerica, MA manufacturing site
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain complex technical concepts.
Preferred Experience :
Hands-on expertise with system integrations and data analysis in production settings.
Familiarity with tools like ERP, MES, or other manufacturing software systems.
