Job Description :
As a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including Service Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance - Continuous Authorization Monitoring (GRC-CAM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Required Certs :Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC-CAM, and ITAM modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Perform system testing and validation procedures, and provide support during the deployment phase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules : SPM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC-CAM, and ITAM.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with REST / SOAP web services and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
