Role : ServiceNow Developer
Location : Reston, VA (Hybrid) area. Remote candidates will be considered.
Type of Engagement : 2-year contract
MBI Clearance is / will be needed!
MUST have experience with ITSM, CSM, Portals, and Virtual Agents
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum B.S Degree & Minimum 7 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with core ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, Portal, Virtual Agent, and CSM 3 years
- ServiceNow development configuring administration operating and / or troubleshooting experience 2 years
- Experience with ITSM products up to 3 year
- Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively to various audiences
- Ability to create formal documentation for systems administration operations and maintenance
- Excellent teamwork skills
- ServiceNow Certifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) CSM (preferred) or ITSM
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Job Responsibilities :
Develops program specifications and detail design documents. Assists in testing, training, and preparation of operations.
