Job Description

We are hiring a Software Documentation Coordinator. This role involves managing and enhancing software documentation processes, proposing and migrating documentation platforms, defining maintenance rules, and creating comprehensive guides and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Propose a platform for the software architecture wiki.
• Migrate documentation about software architecture to the proposed or chosen platform.
• Define editing and maintenance rules for the software architecture wiki.
• Create How-To guides.
• Propose an archiving platform and define rules for archiving project management artifacts across multiple projects, as well as engineering software and hardware artifacts.
• Create graphics to convey engineering concepts alongside Systems Engineers.
• Format specifications and test procedures with help from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Embedded C.
• Experience with embedded software.
• Expertise in software documentation.

Work Environment

The candidate must be onsite at least two days a week in Shoreview, MN.
