Software Test Analyst

Position Overview
The Software Test Analyst 5 will serve as a contract team member for the Client, supporting multiple software development projects within the Company. The role includes both software testing and business analysis responsibilities. The selected candidate will contribute in an agile environment by developing and executing test plans, use cases, and test scripts for custom .NET web applications.
Qualifications (Required):
At least 5 years of experience designing and executing both manual and automated test cases.
Experience and understanding of secure application development lifecycle (SADLC).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and also work independently in a dynamic, agile environment.

Writing SQL and P-SQL queries.
Generating and maintaining test data and reports.
Testing APIs using tools such as Postman or Rest Client.
Working with Java and JavaScript-based applications.
Experience with environment-specific test suite development within application lifecycle tools.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Provar, Katalon, etc.).
Experience using Azure DevOps Testing Module.
Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
Familiarity with load and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility testing tools (e.g., JAWS, AccVerify, etc.).
Interview Process:
The hiring manager may request on-site interviews. Candidates should be available for in-person interviews at the Lansing office, if required. For virtual interviews, a recent screenshot of the candidate may be requested along with vendor presence at the start of the session.
