We are seeking an experienced womens Technical Designer to join our team, for Multiple Categories : Bra, Panty, Intimates, Apparel, Sleep, or Sport. In this role, you will support your category of expertise, while leveraging your skills to help ensure the development of high-quality products. You will be responsible for executing the technical design process from initial development to final fit, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver garments that meet our fit, comfort, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the technical design process from development through to final fit.
- Evaluate and analyze garments to ensure the correct fit specifications are developed.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure design intent is met, adhering to our fit, comfort, and quality standards.
- Develop and communicate technical specifications, including fit comments and pattern corrections, to vendors and factories for approval.
- Conduct and / or participate in fittings, providing expert feedback on fit adjustments and ensuring that all products are made in accordance with established fit, quality, and cost specifications.
- Partner closely with factories to monitor quality, integrity of design, and meet targeted price points.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Excel, Illustrator, Centric, and Flex PLM for technical documentation and communication.
