Job Description

Title : Java Cloud Microservices Developer

Location :Mostly remote occasional Hybrid Columbus OH

Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Cloud Microservices Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications hosted in a cloud environment. Your experience in Java, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture along with Performance monitoring will be essential for creating scalable, efficient, and secure systems. Additionally, familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in producing high-quality documentation will play a critical role in ensuring the team's success.

6) Monitoring and Maintenance.
7) Secure development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1) Experience with Java Development 4-6 years.
2) Microservices Architecture - Solid understanding and experience in developing microservice applications, RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
3) Version Control & CI/CD - Understanding on CI/CD pipelines.
4) Containerization & Orchestration - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
5) Testing Frameworks - Experience with JUnit, Mock and any other tooling.
6) Monitoring and Maintenance - Experience setup of dashboard and monitor tools to track performance, availability, and outages on Datadog, Dynatrace or any performance monitoring tools.
7) Documentation skills - Ability to write clear and accurate technical documentation for code, system flow and process.
8) Database Skills - Experience working with Gigspaces, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
