What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Technician (Part Time) position at STellent IT?
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1st-line technical support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, peripherals, and printers
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC and network connectivity issues
- Install software, patches, and updates on user devices
- Maintain accurate tracking of PC assets and supplies
- Build standard desktop/laptop images and support imaging processes
- Collaborate with the broader IT team and assist with network-related troubleshooting
- Work with vendors to coordinate hardware repairs
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10/11), PC hardware, imaging tools, and mobile devices
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Reliable and punctual—this role is every Friday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, onsite
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Weekends only
