McConway & Torley is currently seeking a Security Guard for PT – Daylight, Weekends . In this position you will monitor the grounds of the facility, and ensure that access is limited to those authorized to be on property. Some of your key responsibilities will include :
- Regularly patrolling assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity
- Observing and monitoring surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to potential security breaches
- Managing access to facilities by checking identification and granting or denying entry as needed
- Responding promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances; assess situations and take appropriate action, including contacting law enforcement if necessary
- Preparing detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities for record-keeping and management review
- Providing assistance to visitors and staff; answering questions and ensure a positive experience while maintaining security protocols
- Understanding and implementing emergency response procedures for various scenarios, including fire, medical emergencies, or evacuations
Shift : Saturday and Sunday, 6am-6pm
