The Role

Stellix Global Services is actively pursuing dynamic engineering graduates to join our team. This is an exciting Industry 4.0 career opportunity in the rapidly evolving Process Automation Controls and Digital Transformation Solutions industries. You will have the opportunity to engage with and provide technical solutions to customers at the world’s top companies in a variety of industries including life sciences, pharmaceutical, chemical, and power generation.

You will be part of the confluence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), enabling our customers to optimize performance and improve productivity, safety, and reliability.

What You’ll Learn and Do

The first three months of the ETG Training Program focuses on discovering Stellix Global Services’ Product Portfolio, developing business skills, and learning technical solutions.

  • Phase 1 – Company Orientation and Business Skill Development
  • Phase 2 – Technical Training and Certifications
  • Phase 3 – Practical Application of Knowledge in the Field in a Structured, Mentorship Program

  • SGS’s Product portfolios. Examples:

  • How to apply products to our customers’ projects to address their automation, controls, systems, and business requirements and outcomes
  • Industry-specific processes that are enabled by our software solutions
  • Data-based analysis and solution development
  • How to apply consulting fundamentals to define and configure customer-specific solutions. Examples:
    • Create project presentations
    • Demonstrate our products during workshops and blueprinting sessions
    • Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability for other projects

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively engage customers, listen, and ask follow-up questions regarding needs and project deliverables with support of a mentor or Senior Engineer
  • Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept to demonstrate the solution
  • Address specific business requirements
  • Develop training materials and train customer end-users and internal trainers
  • Provide end-user support to customers: in-person, presentations, phone, email, and IM
  • Liaison support to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client
  • Perform delivery testing and certification
  • Measure project results and improvements using industry-specific software solutions

What You'll Bring

  • Conferred Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
  • Graduate on or before June 2025
  • Able to start as a permanent full-time employee in June 2025
  • 3-6 months of experience in a corporate environment (co-ops, internships, employment) and customer service or customer facing employment experiences is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure
  • Highly organized with critical attention to details, along with effective time and priority task management
  • Passionate about furthering technical and system knowledge
  • Strong functional use of Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn MS Project
  • Perseverance and determination to be able to troubleshoot the software and assist our customers with software adoption issues and solutions
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills including very strong writing skills, utilizing the rules of English grammar and verbally clear, concise, and grammatically correct oral (speaking) communication skills in English
  • Able and willing to travel to customer sites in the New England and New York areas as needed. Occasional plane travel to customer sites and for training is required.
