Stellix Global Services, Inc. has a job opening for the position of Senior IT/OT Engineer I based out of its location in Foxborough, MA.
Job Duties: Responsible to provide post-project services (such as infrastructure, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity and other IT/OT services); automation solutions for our installed customer base, using a portfolio of Emerson products and some select third-party platforms; provide IT/OT solutions including scheduled maintenance or managed services for system administration; cyber security solutions; performance and reliability services; help desk and emergency services, digital plant troubleshooting and integration; system installation and commissioning; system upgrades; operational solutions for alarm management, loop performance, process simulation; lifecycle consulting and business continuity services. A hybrid (in-office and telecommute) schedule is available. Position requires up to 25% travel to domestic and international customer sites to perform physical installation in data centers or on plant floor such as I/O cabinet.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field, plus 4 years delivering industrial control system/infrastructure solutions and demonstrated experience with: Life Sciences Industry, including service delivery under GAMP 5 and ASTM e2500. DeltaV systems SW and HW, troubleshooting/RCA, upgrading/patching, and virtualization. Manufacturing/Laboratory OT systems (including domain integration, networking and administration, lifecycle management, and break/fix support). Providing IT services (including deploying cybersecurity endpoint solutions, Active Directory management, and thin client deployments or other mobile worker solutions). Leading customer FAT/SAT/CQV. Interfacing with customers to determine user requirements or to solve runtime system performance issues on DeltaV. Emerson DeltaV virtual studio installation and administration. Analog and discrete signaling, serial and ethernet communications and HW, technical drawings including: P&IDs, electrical schematics, loop drawings, and network architecture drawings.
