Position Overview:
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in RAG and NLP. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and optimize AI-driven systems using the latest in RAG and NLP technologies. You’ll also work with vector databases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize RAG workflows and NLP models.
- Build and maintain scalable vector database solutions.
- Collaborate on AI integrations with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct experiments and improve model performance.
- Stay updated on AI advancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in RAG, NLP, and vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Experience building large language models as a service.
- Ability to work on-site in Denver or Ottawa.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience deploying AI models in production.
- Familiarity with LLM reinforcement learning and cloud platforms.
