Role Overview:
As the Director of Brokerage Sales, you will play a key role in driving the success of direct-to-consumer advertising campaigns, collaborating with life settlement agents to boost sales, and enhancing overall agency performance. Your efforts will contribute directly to both short-term sales goals and long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies designed to increase revenue and acquire new clients. • Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors to promote life and annuity sales through the company’s products. • Develop a deep understanding of key broker-dealers, insurance partners, products, platforms, and industry initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • A proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and closing leads. • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, financial advisors, and intermediaries. • A competitive, results-driven attitude and energetic personality. • A Bachelor’s degree. • 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
