Job Description

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about optimizing customer engagement. The Senior Director, Call Center Operations, will lead a team of customer service representatives and be responsible for vendor partnerships, operational excellence, customer experience, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or operations management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
