Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll work collaboratively with the IT team to keep systems running smoothly, ensuring efficient and seamless technology solutions. You will be responsible for supporting various hardware, software, and network needs, with a focus on providing top-tier customer service and effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer support for hardware, software, user accounts, and wireless networks
- Build and maintain computers, peripherals, and other technical equipment
- Manage user permissions and security groups within Active Directory
- Provide phone support, including managing extensions, voicemail systems, and user accounts
- Ensure the smooth operation of various tech-related needs, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field
- Proficient in iOS and Android support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration is a plus
- 2 years of IT support experience preferred
