What You’ll Do:
- Design, Build, and Maintain full-stack applications and scalable web services to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Lead and Mentor junior team members, promoting best practices in coding and software development.
- Contribute to the development of a modern, microservices-based engineering platform.
- Write clean, maintainable code while continuously improving software performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and encourage high-quality development practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Java and PL/SQL, with extensive experience in Oracle databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, and Jenkins is a plus.
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks and tools to build scalable web services and applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
