What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) position at Stem Search Group?
What you'll do...
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify and diagnose equipment failures, troubleshoot and implement solutions to resolve malfunctions and prevent breakdowns.
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members on equipment malfunctions and maintain an organized maintenance workspace.
What we're looking for...
- Minimum 3 years experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and production equipment in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Familiarity with Siemens PLCs and Fanuc robotics preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong record of safety and attendance
- A.S. degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electronics preferred.
