Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. This role involves performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintaining facilities, and providing technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with diagnosing and repairing complex systems and demonstrate a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair on equipment and systems, including motors, sensors, control panels, and mechanical assemblies.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using test equipment, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide technical support and training to production and operations personnel as needed.
- Recommend improvements to equipment and maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
