Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program.
- Schedule maintenance to minimize downtime while ensuring safety compliance.
- Utilize and enforce adherence to CMMS.
- Diagnose system issues and provide technical support.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PDM systems, including software and hardware updates.
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend cost-effective improvements.
- Execute CAPEX projects within budget and timelines.
- Direct and support maintenance staff in equipment installation, repair, and upkeep.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitor machine downtime and oversee parts inventory.
