Job Description: Purpose:
- This position is responsible for processing shipment requests in a timely manner while maintaining the highest levels of compliance and quality.
- This position will work with Clinical Supply Project Managers, Clinical Coordinators, Quality Assurance, Global Trade and Compliance and otherclient functions to accomplish all objectives and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor GDSM database, print clinical supply shipment requests, and schedule requests for shipment so as to avoid study delays or interruptions.
- Execute all day-to-day shipping documentation activities in compliance with departmental SOPs and cGMPs. Develop complete and accurate shipment requests.
- Exercising extreme detail, manage the entire shipment processing and verification processes.
- Ensure Regulatory approval for all shipments.
- Maintain study-specific information for shipment processing.
- Create Customs/Commercial invoices and seek approvals for international shipments.
- Create shipping packets for items being shipped outside of the Inventory Management System.
- Maintain and track various key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- including Microsoft Word & Excel.
