Location: Mattawa North – Agricultural Services
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday; May vary depending on harvest.
- Responsibilities/ Duties: include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Communicate direction from orchard managers to the employees
- Supervise and train orchard labor employees.
- Discipline employees when needed.
- Scan employees’ work ID badges to record their shifts worked, as well as bins per employee.
- Complete appropriate administrative paperwork.
- Address any attendance issues or call ins with employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for any employee concerns or complaints.
- Enforce Stemilt safety rules and standard operating procedures with employees.
