Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct STEM classes for diverse student ages and skill levels.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student engagement.
- Guide and support students in achieving their learning objectives.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed/ in progress) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Prior teaching/intern experience in Science, Biology, or Mathematics.
- Comfortable teaching and employing unique methods for various age groups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and engage students effectively.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Science, Robotics, Coding, or Math instruction.
- Proficiency in managing and instructing students of different skill levels.
- Background check required upon hiring.
