StemWave is looking for an Account Executive to join our team!


We specialize in developing and introducing revolutionary technology that transforms traditional healthcare. Our primary product uses focused acoustic waves to alleviate pain and activate natural healing, providing doctors with unparalleled treatment versatility in their clinics. This technology, widely used by medical institutions globally, is now available in the United States. Based in Boston, our company comprises a team of over 25 people with ambitious growth plans.


In this role, you will handle inbound leads, consult with doctors, and close deals ranging from $50,000 to $60,000. Sales typically close within a few calls over less than 21 days. Join our growing company, which boasts extensive experience in the medical industry, and help doctors and medical center owners expand their businesses with our unique service offerings.

Structure & Compensation

  • Full-Time Remote Opportunity with the possibility of in-office work.
  • Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST (mandatory daily meeting at 9 am EST)
  • On-Target Earnings: $15,000 - $20,000 per month (based on metrics from the current sales team)
  • Appointments: 12-18 booked per week (no cold calling), with leads scheduled by a setter on your calendar. 70% show-up rate from doctors.
  • Commission: 3.5-5% on $50,000 - $60,000 solutions (details below)
  • OTE:
  • 1st Year: $100,000 - $250,000
  • 2nd Year: $250,000
  • Position Type: Independent Contractor, but we are seeking a long-term team member


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle warm inbound leads, aiming to close within a few sales calls (average sales cycle: 21 days)
  • Follow up with leads that do not close initially, nurturing them toward a sale
  • Call prospects who missed their appointments to reschedule
  • Continuously grow and learn as a sales professional
  • Be part of a growing team with a great culture
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training


Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Transferable sales experience in B2C, B2B, and high-ticket closing
  • Preferred: 2 years of sales experience

Compensation Plan Details

  • 4 device sales/month: 3.5%
  • 6 device sales/month: 4%
  • 8 device sales/month: 4.5%
  • 10 device sales/month: 5%


We are looking for a candidate capable of consistently selling 8 units per month. Our successful team members demonstrate hunger, coachability, energy, and a continuous improvement mindset in their inbound sales skills to close $50,000 - $60,000 solutions.
