What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of a scalable, effective talent acquisition strategy to fuel our rapid growth.
- Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and build a world-class team.
- Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding—finding top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and setting the stage for success.
- Design and build out an integrated onboarding process that ensures new hires hit the ground running and feel connected to our culture from day one.
- Develop and implement performance tracking systems that support employees' growth and development after onboarding.
- Champion company culture, helping us find and attract talent that aligns with StemWave’s mission and values.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Be an ambassador for StemWave, representing us to potential employees with enthusiasm, professionalism and energy

- A certified Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth, startup environments.
- Expertise in building and executing talent acquisition strategies for both short-term needs and long-term organizational growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire candidates and team members.

Position Details:
Time: Full-time, 40 hours/week, in person at our Seaport, Boston office.
Compensation: We provide a competitive compensation structure, substantial growth opportunities, and the ability to enhance both hard and soft skills. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
