The Business Office Executive works closely with local senior management and customers, offering administrative support and engagement as needed. What YOU will do :
- Perform the administrative duties associated with assigned projects and tasks
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns coordination
- Assist with arrangements for travel, conferences, and meetings
- Assist with collecting financial information for expense reports, analysis, tracking and trending purposes.
- Assist Marketing with Customer Representatives and Facility Accesses
- Must maintain confidentiality of the operational and financial data and provide such information to personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Complete tasks as needed to meet the Company’s business requirements, as assigned by his / her supervisor
