Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Provider to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical fields, including primary care, addiction medicine and chronic pain management while providing outpatient care. You are willing to see and treat patients with chronic pain and are willing to provide care in addiction medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions in general family medicine care.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide addiction medical care,
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide chronic pain treatment.

Skills

• knowledge of primary care practices and protocols.
• Willingness to provide addiction medicine care.
• Ability to provide effective outpatient care.
• Willingness to provide chronic pain management.
• Willingness to learn how to manage patients with chronic pain and provide addiction medicine.
• Provide addiction counseling to support patients through recovery processes and provide Buprenorphine/Suboxone prescriptions where appropriate.
• Competence in conducting diagnostic evaluations for comprehensive patient assessments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
