Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership that helps the Enterprise live in and mature the agile culture and process
- Ensure agile practices are adopted, honed, and aligned with corporate goals and vision
- Work with existing coaches (Life, Enterprise Apps) and Scrum Masters (Annuity) to ensure the agile vision, practices, standards and measurements, are incorporated into teams
- Interview and summarize feedback from leaders on areas of greatest opportunity for agile maturation to better refine the plan in the short and long-term
- Additionally, focus on creation of
- SFG Agile playbook, including a coaching toolkit and best practices
- Agile Maturity Vision – Clearly articulate a continuous development and growth plan (“From/To”) that further defines agile behaviors and outcomes. Create an assessment model that allows the organization to map current state to this vision and plans to advance
- Core Expectations – Create guidelines to be utilized by product lines for OKR measurements of value, team roles/responsibilities, and maturity assessments (behaviors and practices)
- Coach/lead/mentor utilizing previous Business Agility and Product Academy training
- Minimum 2 years' Enterprise Agile coaching experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on Scrum Master Experience in an Enterprise/multi-project environment required
- Experience working with geographically separated teams and use of virtual Agile Management tools required
- Knowledge of Product Management/Product Mindset structures, behaviors and practices
- Minimum 2 years' Enterprise Agile coaching experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on Scrum Master Experience in an Enterprise/multi-project environment required
- Experience working with geographically separated teams and use of virtual Agile Management tools required
