Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team supporting GDIT and the Department of Homeland Security. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and an active Secret clearance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing scalable intelligent document processing pipelines and compliance and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pipeline Development : Design and develop scalable intelligent document processing pipelines.
  • Compliance and Risk Frameworks : Design and develop scalable compliance and risk frameworks.
  • Azure Cloud Services : Lead the implementation and configuration of Azure cloud services, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
  • Automation : Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like BICEP to streamline cloud deployments.
  • Data Interfaces : Establish data interfaces and ingestion processing frameworks with source data systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Azure Services : Familiarity with Azure AI Search, Vectorization, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps.
  • Data Management : Familiarity with Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure AI Search, Dataverse.
  • Advanced Techniques : Familiarity with large language models (LLM), retrieval augmented generation (RAG), natural language processing (NLP), vector embeddings, and optimization techniques.
