For their ERP system’s performance testing exercise.
The system being implemented is Microsoft Dynamics 365
Responsibilities
Work with project functional teams and business SMEs to identify performance requirements
Use OpenText LoadRunner (Performance Center) to created automated performance test scripts
Configure the LoadRunner tool to execute performance tests
Working with local IT teams around the globe to set-up local load generators for performance testing purposes.
Work with Infrastructure team to set-up system performance monitoring operations
Analyze and report performance test results
Work with project functional team and business SMEs to execute performance tests that cannot be automated (such as payroll runs)
Lead an offshore team in India in delivering abovementioned responsibilities
Qualifications
5 years’ experience working with enterprise ERP systems; experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus but not must, as long as there are ERP experiences
3 years’ experience using OpenText LoadRunner in performance testing; experience in other programming languages is a plus
Familiar with industry common performance testing methodologies
Excellent communication skills, be able to work with teams from multi-culture, multi-regions
