Responsibilities
- ESG Data Collection: Collaborate with various teams to manage ESG data collection, maintain the ESG online data platform and user documentation, and report on enterprise-level ESG data points.
- ESG Data Verification: Conduct reviews and verification of ESG data for submission to ESG ratings agencies, regulatory bodies, and other reporting frameworks.
- ESG Reporting: Monitor and implement updates and improvements to ESG reporting frameworks and support the implementation of internal ESG data controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical field.
- Experience in research, analysis, and evaluation of environmental, social, and governance issues.
- 4 years of experience in finance, audit, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or data science.
- Experience with system implementation or administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, and Tableau is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand large amounts of information and technical concepts, and organize complex information into polished, engaging deliverables and reports.
- Strong facilitation, project management, planning, and organizing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate problems and provide potential solutions.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a self-starter mindset.
