The MDM technical engineer is an experienced consultant who will drive alongside with PwC technical team - solution design and implementation for Oracle CDH/PDH/SDH.
MDM consultant will partner with UNF technical team specifically EIM Director, UNF infrastructure, and PwC implementation partner team.

- Understand the implementation part
- After the implementation is done, will be the liaison between oracle and Unifirst
- Senior resource
- Not a lead, this person will not be hands on enough to be a lead
- 50% hands on and 50% liaising between oracle and Unifirst
- Tech skills:
- Must be strong with MDM
- Customer data hub, product data hub, supplier data hub
- Understanding and technical acumen around those
- SQL
- Oracle Cloud- Fusion
- If the candidate does not have good, confident, assertive communication skills, rolling up sleeves attitude, need to pass (this is from the Manager)
- MDM Technical Resource- Highest priority
- Have someone who is managing functional and other things-- this resource to start in a few months

Responsibilities
- Be part of the implementation team, prepare for, and participate in the Oracle MDM - CDH, PDH, SDH integration strategy for the UNF ERP solution.
- Be part of the MDM committee team and collaborate across customer, product and supplier business and PwC on tapping into out-of-the-box MDM solutions, PwC proposals and customized solutions
- In the long run, evolve as the point of contact within UNF for MDM subject area – upkeep and enhancements
- Understand, Research and validate the data model and build that is being undertaken by PwC
- Understand DQM princicples around data cleansing, validation, and profiling techniques to ensure high-quality data.
- Be part of Data Governance, Data Stewardship built around MDM data hubs – recommend as needed from IT data stewardship perspective.
- Provide technical leadership and leading other implementation team members (integration, data quality) throughout the implementations
- Must have hands-on experience with Oracle CDH/PDH/SDH tool that includes data modeling , designing and implementing components for imports, exports, data migration and associated data cleansing/transformations, data validations rules, matching/duplicate identification, catalog management, techniques for managing digital assets and unstructured content, etc.
- Should have designed & implemented automated workflows in the tool for data management processes
- Experience in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Data Modelling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data warehouse concepts and implementation, analytics and advanced analytics concepts and implementation.
- Development experience of custom Data Warehouse projects using ETL tool as ODI/ODI Marketplace on OCI infrastructure.
- Functional understanding of Oracle Applications (HCM, ERP and SCM modules) data models and public view object (PVO) analysis and designing star schema modeling in Data Warehouse.
- Prior Oracle data warehouse experience, ideally with integration to/from Oracle Applications/third-party applications.
- Prior ODI/OBIA experience would be added plus.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing Oracle databases, as well as familiarity with PL/SQL for data manipulation.
