- Title: Jira Align Architect/Developer
- Location: Charlotte(local canddiates), NC highly preferred but can be 100% remote for excellent candidate(EST hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of Jira Align solutions to support the organization’s Agile transformation goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s processes and needs to tailor Jira Align configurations accordingly.
- Ensure that Jira Align integrates seamlessly with existing systems and tools, including Jira Software, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
- Development and Implementation:
- Develop custom solutions, scripts, and integrations to enhance the functionality of Jira Align.
- Configure and customize Jira Align to meet specific organizational requirements and workflows.
- Implement and manage Jira Align instances, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with Agile coaches, product managers, and development teams to ensure alignment and effective use of Jira Align.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Jira Align effectively.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on Jira Align best practices and new features.
- Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor and maintain Jira Align instances, addressing any issues or performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest Jira Align features and updates, incorporating them into the organizational setup as appropriate.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira Align-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Jira Align, including configuration, customization, and integration with other tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).
- Proficiency in scripting and development languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Groovy).
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Confluence) and their integration with Jira Align.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Jira Align and Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant) are a plus.
