Need to fill a specialist role for our SCM team. We need an SME functional lead for transformation architecture who has deep Oracle Cloud and good to deep Healthcare experience designing SCM solutions such as the Procure to Pay process, Order Management, etc. This is not a project or program management type but a senior functional resource who is able to challenge our SI (Deloitte) and Oracle themselves to get to the best solution for us. They must know Oracle Cloud well as a functional SME to be effective. They are not expected to develop but to provide transformation leadership and functional architect advice for our organization and get us out of tribal knowledge in order to leverage modern technology. Most importantly, to focus on business enablement and providing business value.

Requirements
- Deep SME Oracle Cloud knowledge in the SCM spectrum including Procurement, Order Management, Requisitioning, Receiving, NP (Blanket) PO’s, as well as the AP side of the P2P process.
- Good to deep SME knowledge of Healthcare System operations processes, workflow, and applied technology to enable the business.
- Ability to drive the client to better operating decisions and to question Tier 1 consultancy decisions and provide redesign justification.
- Provide input for Business Case analysis to indicate business value in transformation changes.
