- Manage and maintain websites, ensuring they are accessible, functional, and secure.
- Develop detailed and clear documentation for web hosting services, including setup guides, user manuals, and configuration instructions.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and user-friendly for a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical users.
- Work with hosting providers and document details of each website, access and support
- Renewal of SSL and domain names
- Perform regular backups and recovery procedures to protect data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve web-related issues.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on system status and projects.
- Generate reports on server performance, security incidents, and other key metrics.
- Keep records of changes, updates, and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with IT, marketing, content creators, and other stakeholders to align web strategies with organizational goals.
