Duration: 1 year

Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage multiple digital application projects as part of a larger smart building initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and deliver several mini-projects from start to finish, working with cross-functional stakeholders in areas such as users, building infrastructure, and lab operations. The role offers mentorship opportunities with senior PMs and program oversight from the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 4-10 digital application projects related to the smart building initiative, ensuring timely delivery of each
• Work closely with 3-4 stakeholders per project (users, building teams, labs), ensuring alignment across various digital and process-focused deliverables
• Apply an Agile mindset, manage iterative development cycles, and adjust project plans based on stakeholder feedback
• Maintain frequent communication with the program manager, who will provide program-level oversight, and liaise with the PMO for budgeting and resource allocation
• Coordinate between multiple smaller projects, each varying in size and complexity, ensuring that all are completed efficiently and meet business objectives
• Be flexible in managing onsite visits as needed but generally work in a hybrid capacity
• Work in either a building-focused or user-focused space, depending on the project portfolio assigned
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers as part of the broader project team
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, with a focus on application or process-oriented projects in the digital space
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project needs
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing diverse project portfolios
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance high-level oversight, and detail-oriented project tasks
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity, with the ability to travel onsite as needed for key meetings and project phases
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in building-related or infrastructure projects, though smart building experience is not required
