Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 4-10 digital application projects related to the smart building initiative, ensuring timely delivery of each
- Work closely with 3-4 stakeholders per project (users, building teams, labs), ensuring alignment across various digital and process-focused deliverables
- Apply an Agile mindset, manage iterative development cycles, and adjust project plans based on stakeholder feedback
- Maintain frequent communication with the program manager, who will provide program-level oversight, and liaise with the PMO for budgeting and resource allocation
- Coordinate between multiple smaller projects, each varying in size and complexity, ensuring that all are completed efficiently and meet business objectives
- Be flexible in managing onsite visits as needed but generally work in a hybrid capacity
- Work in either a building-focused or user-focused space, depending on the project portfolio assigned
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers as part of the broader project team
- Experience in project management, with a focus on application or process-oriented projects in the digital space
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing diverse project portfolios
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance high-level oversight, and detail-oriented project tasks
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity, with the ability to travel onsite as needed for key meetings and project phases
- Prior experience in building-related or infrastructure projects, though smart building experience is not required
