Interview Process
1st round: Technical Assessment (20 minutes)
2nd round: onsite 90 minutes with technical team to assess technical prowess and cultural fit.

- NOTE: If you have someone with 3 years and a MS degree and is exceptionally talented they will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cutting-edge applications for global regulatory reporting
- Collaborate on projects ensuring compliance with SEC, CFT Canada, and other relevant regulatory bodies
- Participate in rapid decision-making processes over WebEx
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams on various high-impact projects
- Demonstrate agility in adapting to different project assignments as needed
- Minimum 5 years of core Python development experience (not just scripting or library usage)
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving projects to success
- Available for face-to-face interviews and immediate start
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Understanding of financial regulatory frameworks
- Experience with global regulatory reporting systems
- Experience with Quartz (not required but a very big plus)
- Background in finance or investment banking
