Typical Task Breakdown:
- Configure, test and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
- Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot.
- Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal client teams.
- Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain solution related documentation.
- Daily standups with agile team Business Analyst and Product Owner. Regular Teams chats and meetings available as needed
- A 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing Cloud experience.
- Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
Technical Skills
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
- Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
- Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Marketing Cloud to CRM Connect familiarity with Data Extensions, Audience building, and Journey Automation using Sales and Service data
