Lead the Scrum team in using lean-agile and Scrum practices. We are not looking for project managers or other career professionals looking to break into technology and the Scrum Master role. We need a fully formed career Scrum Master, someone ready to hit the ground running, but who also understands this is a journey of continuous learning, and there are always opportunities to improve or grow in the role.

Responsibilities
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the Scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the lean-agile frameworks
- Prior experience on multiple Scrum teams
- Prior experience with SAFe and/or scaling agile frameworks
- Appropriate agile certifications from leading frameworks providers (SAFe, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance)
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in Scrum
- Ability to determine what is Scrum and what is not
