Location: Harrisburg, PA - more than 3 hours away is okay (keep to East Coast), but they MUST come on-site once per month. does not pay for travel, so keep your candidates as close as possible to Harrisburg, PA

The Automated Test Framework Engineer will develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF), ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality of ServiceNow applications. This role involves collaborating with developers and stakeholders, executing and analyzing tests, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements to test processes and frameworks while staying current with ServiceNow ATF best practices. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Automated Test Framework (CIS-ATF) certifications required.

Duties

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data as needed to ensure proper operation of the requested change, enhancement, or program.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated tests.
• Provide recommendations for improving test processes and frameworks.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in ServiceNow ATF.
