Job Description:
We have a full time opening with our IT Help Desk. This person would be responsible for:
- Fielding/Closing IT Help Desk Tickets
- Windows PC Troubleshooting
- Network Printer Administration
- Software Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Network Troubleshooting
- New User/New PC Setups
- Various Other Network Administration and Programming Tasks
Requirements:
- Information Systems or Information Technology degree and/or certification.
- At least 2 years’ experience providing support to customers on IT related concerns.
- Be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel programs.
- Able to work in a team environment, have strong communication, problem solving and time management skills, a customer service mentality and aptitude with computers.
