About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time AP specialist located in the greater Grand Rapids area, to join our growing team in retail consumer collections. If you enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment and have an interest in leveraging the latest in technology, the firm could be a good fit for you. An Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist manages the Firm's financial transactions related to vendor payments and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices, verification of purchase orders, and reconciliation of discrepancies. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting required
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Business Central Preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary degree in accounting/business/finance or related field preferred
