The Food/ Drink Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before serving to guests.
- Assist with food preparation and drink presentation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests leave.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- Experience using POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
