We are looking for experienced people who like to work with kids and want to make a difference in this world!
We need people who can show compassion but provide strong leadership. People who can teach and coach, show the youth how to cook a proper meal, how to do their own laundry, how to dribble a basketball, and to teach the youth to show compassion for others.

REQUIRED FOR HIRE: You need a valid AZ drivers license and level 1 fingerprint card to get your foot in the door. Please don't apply if you don't have both of these items.
Current shifts needing to be filled:
Manager Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (40 hrs)
Additional fill-in hours as needed
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: Salary (based on experience)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mesa, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving/working with youth: 2 years (Required)
- Management experience: preferred
Qualifications:
- fingerprint card and driver's license (Required)
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or Direct Care Staff is preferred
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all company and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
