Teachers

The Teacher is responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional activities that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students. The Teacher will foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.

• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing timely feedback to support academic growth.

• Create and maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.

• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to promote respect and responsibility.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student achievement.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and stay current with educational best practices.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

• Address student behavioral issues in a constructive manner, providing support and guidance as needed.

• Engage students in extracurricular activities that promote social and emotional development.

• Prepare and distribute instructional materials, including handouts, assignments, and assessments.

Qualifications:

• ECE Degree or CDA.

• Valid teaching certification/license (if applicable).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Proficient in using technology and educational software.
