As an Administrative Coordinator at STEP, your role will encompass a range of office and administrative tasks aimed at supporting the needs of both the Marketing department and the company as a whole.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, including arranging meeting rooms, sending out invitations, and other meeting logistics such as transportation, accommodations, meals, and meeting set up and tear down.
- Serve as lead for office management related activities such as ordering office supplies and refreshments and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of Company events or activities.
- Manage the Company's travel program, including employee set-up and training, enrollment, and travel program instruction documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and managers as requested or needed.
- Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
- Liase with the Marketing team to provide assistance with bookings and payments of Marketing events.
- Serve as point of contact for outside organizations hosting meetings and events at the Company office location to provide support for catering, event set up, and other necessary logistics.
- Collect and review data to prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
- Assist with expense reporting, event invoicing, office supply inventory, and other routine processes.
- Create and distribute monthly company newsletter.
- Help with special projects and other tasks as necessary or assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate’s Qualifications and Experience
- Any combination of training, education, and/or related experience that provides for the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the duties listed above, including a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Possess strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Able to push, pull and lift 30 lbs., and able to stoop, bend and reach on a regular basis.
