Enrollment Coordinator

The primary function of the Enrollment Coordinator is to assist families in navigating the options for STEP services and coordinating referrals for other service options in the community, as necessary. This includes taking referrals, determining eligibility, and completing the enrollment process with families. The Enrollment Coordinator also functions as a Family Support Specialist working directly with families, often in their homes, and with support teams to assure the provision of high-quality services that empower families to achieve the growth and change they seek.

In this position you will work directly with families and children with developmental delays and disabilities providing supports to access their strengths and achieve the growth they wish to see. Your job will include managing referrals, administrating assessments, maintaining data systems, plan writing, documentation, communication with clients and other agencies, and coaching.

Travel is expected as we provide services in different counties
