Are you a high-performing Finance & Insurance (F&I) professional looking to take your career to the beautiful Destin/Fort Walton Beach area? We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven F&I Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional results!
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers with full transparency.
* Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
* Ensure Contracts in Transit (CIT) are completed in 10 days or less.
* Process financing and leasing deals accurately while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and corporate standards.
* Assist the sales team with deal structuring, forecasting, and training on finance programs.
* Uphold privacy, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance in all transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in automotive finance or sales (preferred 2 years in F&I).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership-specific software.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
