Job Description:
An Automotive Parts Advisor supports technicians, service advisors, and clients by identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts. Key duties include:
- Collaborating with technicians and advisors to ensure accurate parts selection.
- Assisting clients with parts purchases and providing product recommendations.
- Utilizing electronic parts catalogs to identify and order components.
- Managing inventory, tracking stock levels, and processing orders.
- Promoting additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of automotive systems are essential.
