Responsibilities
- Clinic, In Home, School and Community opportunities available!
- Conduct initial evaluations to determine therapy plans.
- Provide supervision and feedback to CBT’s working with clients.
- Supervise CBT’s who are working towards their BCBA certification.
- Consult and plan with the client’s family regarding treatment and progress, parent training.
- Facilitate assessments, and document treatment plans and modifications.
Qualifications
- BCBA
- Master’s Degree in Relevant Field
- Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
- Strong leadership skills, empathy and work ethic is a must.
- Excellent follow-through, detail-oriented and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
- $75,000-$86,000 salary (Full-time)
